UPS Access Pointâ„¢

What is a UPS Access Point™?

The UPS Access Point™ network offers a convenient, fast and efficient alternative to home delivery. You can collect your parcel from a UPS Access Point™ location chosen by you and at a time that fits your daily routine.

UPS Access Points offer a broad range of locations and opening hours (e.g. early in the morning, late in the evening, during the weekend) – all of which will be communicated to you when selecting your Access Point to ensure you get the right one.

How does a UPS Access Point™ work?

Using a UPS Access Point™ is simple to use and is fully integrated into the checkout process on Golfbidder. When ready to complete your order, select UPS Access Point™ as your desired delivery method and follow the instructions.

You will receive an email notification when your parcel arrives and is ready to collect. You then have ten calendar days to collect your parcel.

After which UPS will send the parcel back to Golfbidder.

Collecting your parcel at a UPS Access Point™

Collecting your parcel is very simple. Ask for the UPS parcel by your name and a form of ID from the options below:

Government-issued photo identification such as a driver's license, passport, foreign national, or military ID or any other photo ID containing your full name, along with a utility (or other) bill which also contains your full name

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will need to bring your identification based on the criteria and their own.

The UPS Access Point™ will record their signature, name, and type of identification presented for security purposes.

Returning your items through a UPS Access Point™

You can drop off any package with a UPS prepaid label at a designated UPS Access Point™. Depending on what time of day you drop off your package, it will either be collected the same day or safely stored at the location and collected next working day by UPS.
