As well as golf clubs, Golfbidder sells a huge range of accessories and clothing which you might be returning as unsuitable or claiming under the minimum 12-Month Warranty.
Product is unsuitable
Under the UK Government's Distance Selling policy, you have 28 days to return your purchase to Golfbidder. Any returns must be in the same condition, and any returns must include tags or packaging.
Once you've informed us of the return, print the returns form here, fill out the order number and reason for return, and put this in the box. The other half is an address label you can attach to the outside of the box.
We appreciate some of our products are not small, so we're happy to arrange a courier to come and collect your return for a small fee (currently £9.99). If you decide to send us the item yourself, we strongly advise you use a service which obliges us to sign for the item and that it is insured for the total value.
Once the item is back at Golfbidder HQ and has passed our inspection, your refund will be processed.
Please note all refunds are to the original payment method.
Any associated courier costs are not refunded.
Product is faulty
The process is primarily the same for items which may be faulty.
On some occasions the warranty of a product is handled directly by the manufacturer. More information on these products and the associated returns process can be found here.

We will organise a free collection; please make sure you use a suitable box (ideally the one it came in).
