Model Year: 2005
RRP: £129.00
This is the manufacturer's Recommend Retail Price (RRP).
With single clubs (driver, fairways, hybrids, etc.) it is easy to see the saving you're making. However things are a little more complicated if you're looking at a set of irons.
At model level (when browsing all the sets of a particular model) the RRP displayed is for an 8 iron set - usually 3-PW or 4-SW - with steel shafts.
At lot level (when you're looking at a unique set of irons) the RRP may have changed. This is so we can show you the relative RRP of that particular set. You could be looking at a set comprised of 5-PW (6 irons) so we have calculated and adjusted the RRP accordingly. We have also taken steel or graphite shafts in to consideration at this level. Graphite shafts are more expensive and you'll see this reflected in the RRP displayed.
Handicap:
The areas shaded blue indicate the range of abilities this model is designed for – from zero (i.e. expert golfers) through to 28 and above.
Beginners and high handicappers will generally be better off with models shaded blue on the right, better players will tend towards model shaded blue on the left.
Some models are suitable for a wide range of abilities and will be shaded accordingly.

I have had this club for a number of years and its been great to have, never fails to disappoint from the tee, fairway or in the rough. For me I love this club its 22 degree 5. I can it the ball between 180 to 200 yards and it goes up and sits where you need it to go. I would defiantly recommend buy this club to anyone its always a good to have in the bag, and its pretty cheap too

Like Elieboy, I added the 16 degree model having been very pleased with the 19 degree Rescue Mid. I have stopped carrying a 3 wood, finding the club much more versatile and more frequently useful in the windy setting of links golf. By playing the ball back in the stance the ball can be kept "Under the wind," when required. This was my first purchase from Golfbidder- I was delighted to find the matching 16 degree club so easily after searching fruitlessly elsewhere and with the club itself.

The Taylormade rescue mid hybrid club is a great addition to my bag. Golfbidder was the only place I could find this club which has filled the gap for my second shot into greens on most par fours. Looking to get my handicap down further in the next few weeks.

Ordered this club for a friend, a lady hcp 20 who wanted it to go with a 25 degree which she loves. Delighted with the club which was in excellent condition, better than described in the listing. Service and delivery also excellent.

I have used my 19degree Rescue Mid for some years - of all the clubs in my bag it was the one I felt was most likely to perform for me. My 17 degree hybrid from another manufacturer was less confidence inspiring - a pity because I play on links courses where keeping out the wind is a priority. I was pleased to find a 16 degree Rescue Mid which though more difficult to "Nail" is immediately confidence giving and in a strong crosswind on the local range proved good for 200 yards time after time. The Golfbidder service is excellent
