Cleveland Tour Action 588 RTG wedge. The raw finish on the 8620 carbon steel creates increased spin and will rust for a unique non-glare look. The unique tour grind to the heel and toe areas of the sole promotes more versatility for better players. Cleveland 588 Tour Action wedges are the industry benchmark for classic wedges. Made from 8620 soft carbon steel, these Tour-proven wedges have a traditional shape that promotes great feel for incredible touch around the greens. The combination of the large face area, high toe profile and U-grooves in the 588 wedges makes it easy to hit those high, quick stopping shots onto the green. More golfers on The PGA and other tours continue to trust their Cleveland wedges more than any other.

Five stars TA 588 - Amazing wedge!

Its hard to find these older TA 588 wedges with the Tour Zip Grooves. This one is raw, in excellent condition with tons of life left in the grooves. Spins the ball like crazy so stopping the ball on the green is easy. Excellent service from Golfbidder too.

Four stars 47deg is a gap wedge these days!!

Needed a wedge to fit between my 44deg-cavity-back-PW and 52deg-CG15. I am finding it hard to track down a black pearl 48degCG15 so this is more or less the right loft and fits in well between the two as a compromise. Unfortunately on this occasion I wasn't completely happy with the clubhead condition description of "6". It was very muddy and the grooves weren't really visible. Had it been cleaned prior to sale and the Golfbidder elves had seen the condition they could've given it a "4" and for £30 I probably still would've bought it. I know it is supposed to be rusty, this isn't the issue the quality just isn't there and it is very worn with a hell of a lot of dinks. I am extremely happy with Golfbidders' past service and they are probably their own worst enemy by grading so stringently! Unfortunately this one slipped through the net. Having said all this it's still a decent old wedge for the time being until i find a CG15-48deg Black Pearl and I'm still a loyal customer. Cheers

Club was better than described. It had 6's and 7's but the original cleveland grip had barely been used and the shaft was in perfect condition. It had clearly been taped up and hit off range mats a few times but this didn't affect the head or grooves after a quick clean. Quality wedge at a good price.
