This is the manufacturer's Recommend Retail Price (RRP).
With single clubs (driver, fairways, hybrids, etc.) it is easy to see the saving you're making. However things are a little more complicated if you're looking at a set of irons.
At model level (when browsing all the sets of a particular model) the RRP displayed is for an 8 iron set - usually 3-PW or 4-SW - with steel shafts.
At lot level (when you're looking at a unique set of irons) the RRP may have changed. This is so we can show you the relative RRP of that particular set. You could be looking at a set comprised of 5-PW (6 irons) so we have calculated and adjusted the RRP accordingly. We have also taken steel or graphite shafts in to consideration at this level. Graphite shafts are more expensive and you'll see this reflected in the RRP displayed.
The areas shaded blue indicate the range of abilities this model is designed for – from zero (i.e. expert golfers) through to 28 and above.
Beginners and high handicappers will generally be better off with models shaded blue on the right, better players will tend towards model shaded blue on the left.
Some models are suitable for a wide range of abilities and will be shaded accordingly.

Features and benefits of the TaylorMade PSi Irons:
Golfer: Mens Right Hand
Club: 6-9 Iron Set
Club: 5-9 Iron Set
I've been using golfbidder for the last 15 years and wanted to replace my current irons for a good quality used set of PSi irons. Golfbidder went one better than that and had a new set in stock which purchased. Placed the order before 1pm and had them delivered the next day. Great service as usual!
PSi, I know this stands for Players Slotted Iron but I am re-naming these Perfectly Suited Irons. The service from golf bidder (first time I have ever used them) was excellent. Simple ordering process and the irons arrived next day. The packaging I was a little unsure on, I would have expected a little more protection around the heads of the irons (even just a little bubble wrap), but the irons just came bundled together with 2 elastic bands. The heads are in good nick though so no biggie.
I immediately headed to the range and straight away these just felt like different gravy compared to the TM Burner 2.0 irons I have upgraded from. They are so much lighter and make the burners feel like heavy lumps of old metal. The ball flight on the range was like nothing I have ever experienced so I was itching to get out on the course and give them go in a friendly competition.
Initial verdict from my first round is that I love the look of them, I love the feel of them, however, being a "better" players iron they do let you work the ball more than my old game improvement set which means that I now have a gentle left to right shape on my longer irons, which is no bad thing as this is highlighting a swing fault that I need to work on.
Distance wise I wouldn't say I have gained any yardage over my burner 2.0 irons. I do have a higher ball flight with these and from the limited use so far I would say they are more consistent which is exactly what I was looking for (I tend to hit most shots slightly toe side of centre looking at my ball marks on the face) so the "slots" are certainly doing their job.
I deliberated long and hard over these as my handicap of 15 is certainly not in the better player bracket that these are aimed at, however, with that said I just love the look and feel of them, I actually like the smaller head and from limited initial use they do seem to be a lot more consistent. When you factor in the good price that GolfBidder gave me for my old Burners (plus a few old drivers and fairways that I had knocking about) then these irons were an absolute bargain and for a used set the are in great condition. Overall I am made up with them and am now thinking of upgrading my driver (and there is only one place I am looking ... :-)
Love these irons, they were exactly what I was after. They perform really well and really suit me. Was confident in buying them with the free returns policy and traded my clubs in to offset the cost. Just need to send them off now !!
