This is the manufacturer's Recommend Retail Price (RRP).
With single clubs (driver, fairways, hybrids, etc.) it is easy to see the saving you're making. However things are a little more complicated if you're looking at a set of irons.
At model level (when browsing all the sets of a particular model) the RRP displayed is for an 8 iron set - usually 3-PW or 4-SW - with steel shafts.
At lot level (when you're looking at a unique set of irons) the RRP may have changed. This is so we can show you the relative RRP of that particular set. You could be looking at a set comprised of 5-PW (6 irons) so we have calculated and adjusted the RRP accordingly. We have also taken steel or graphite shafts in to consideration at this level. Graphite shafts are more expensive and you'll see this reflected in the RRP displayed.
The areas shaded blue indicate the range of abilities this model is designed for – from zero (i.e. expert golfers) through to 28 and above.
Beginners and high handicappers will generally be better off with models shaded blue on the right, better players will tend towards model shaded blue on the left.
Some models are suitable for a wide range of abilities and will be shaded accordingly.

Does what it says on the tin
Very user friendly set of irons, soon get used to off set, very powerful “Ping” sound of the face.
Extremely forgiving and long.
I wanted to upgrade my irons and my pro recommended Ping graphite GMax with a low centre of gravity to help loft and my slow swing speed. After 7 days I can see more consistency and maybe an extra 10 yards per club.
I've been having a lot of trouble with my Mizuno blade irons for the last few years and assumed the problem was with me. Lots of mis-hits, yet my drives were straight and long.
I tried a friends g20 irons and I was hitting them straight and long too, so I decided to buy a set of pings and try them out on the course.
I played 9 holes in the rain, hit every green and had 5 birdie attempts. Another review I read, said it feels like cheating, which it certainly does.
On the 3rd, I had about 170 yards to the flag but had a tall tree in front of me so I opted to play slightly short and use a PW to conquer the tree. I landed 3 feet from the hole and putted for birdie. I couldn't believe the distance I was getting from these clubs. They feel so effortless to hit and sound great when you do. I'm converted.
Having only used the clubs (Ping GMAX) once on the range (winter weather closed course) the effect was quite noticeable. Flight is straight (no unintentional fade) and gained a good 10 yards over my current clubs (Tailor-made Rocketbladz). just hope this effect transfers to the course. In terms of the state of the clubs, they were probably slightly worse than expected (6-7-7, more like 6-6-6, but perfectly acceptable). Service excellent in that they arrived as expected and UPS delivery to access point is a great idea.
