This is the manufacturer's Recommend Retail Price (RRP).
With single clubs (driver, fairways, hybrids, etc.) it is easy to see the saving you're making. However things are a little more complicated if you're looking at a set of irons.
At model level (when browsing all the sets of a particular model) the RRP displayed is for an 8 iron set - usually 3-PW or 4-SW - with steel shafts.
At lot level (when you're looking at a unique set of irons) the RRP may have changed. This is so we can show you the relative RRP of that particular set. You could be looking at a set comprised of 5-PW (6 irons) so we have calculated and adjusted the RRP accordingly. We have also taken steel or graphite shafts in to consideration at this level. Graphite shafts are more expensive and you'll see this reflected in the RRP displayed.
The areas shaded blue indicate the range of abilities this model is designed for – from zero (i.e. expert golfers) through to 28 and above.
Beginners and high handicappers will generally be better off with models shaded blue on the right, better players will tend towards model shaded blue on the left.
Some models are suitable for a wide range of abilities and will be shaded accordingly.

Lovely iron set. Rated 7/10 but much better in my opinion. Very pleased with them.
I got these clubs after a year of playing, I was always told that graphite clubs suited my swing, however having spoken with someone that was pro, I asked their advice as to why I wasn’t hitting it as far as others. He got me a sample they had in the shop, he gave me a 7 iron I hit it 165 yards, compared to a usual 130. Needless to say I drove home and brought these. I love them and they are an absolute bargain. Much better condition than what Golf Bidder said they were in so that was also a lovely surprise. :)
Arrived on the date that they stated, despite living in Switzerland and going through customs. The description said 7/10 “GOOD”, however the clubs are nearly new and in fantastic condition.
I’ve ordered from GolfBidder twice now, and both times I’ve been extremely happy with the service. The clubs arrived in better condition than advertised, and the customer service is great. Could not recommend them more.
I have now played 10 rounds with these amazing irons and absolutely love them. I replaced my graphite Burner XD’s from 2009 and the difference is night and day. Lovely sound and great feel as well as forgiving on off centre hits. Great service by Golfbidder as always and although only rated 7 they were in exceptional condition. How the previous owner couldn’t get on with these is a mystery but hey that’s golf isn’t it.
