Model Year: 2012
RRP: £299.00
This is the manufacturer's Recommend Retail Price (RRP).
With single clubs (driver, fairways, hybrids, etc.) it is easy to see the saving you're making. However things are a little more complicated if you're looking at a set of irons.
At model level (when browsing all the sets of a particular model) the RRP displayed is for an 8 iron set - usually 3-PW or 4-SW - with steel shafts.
At lot level (when you're looking at a unique set of irons) the RRP may have changed. This is so we can show you the relative RRP of that particular set. You could be looking at a set comprised of 5-PW (6 irons) so we have calculated and adjusted the RRP accordingly. We have also taken steel or graphite shafts in to consideration at this level. Graphite shafts are more expensive and you'll see this reflected in the RRP displayed.
Handicap:
The areas shaded blue indicate the range of abilities this model is designed for – from zero (i.e. expert golfers) through to 28 and above.
Beginners and high handicappers will generally be better off with models shaded blue on the right, better players will tend towards model shaded blue on the left.
Some models are suitable for a wide range of abilities and will be shaded accordingly.

This driver is a real piece of artillery and performs perfectly. The nice white clubhead has an extremely efficient aerodynamic shape, and a wonderful design, maybe among the best ever seen on a driver. The Matrix Ozik -HD6 shaft is 1 inch shorter (and fortunately, even a little bit heavier) than that mounted of the standard (non -TP) version of the same driver, and performs really a fantastic job, with the desired low ball trajectory. Long and straight shots are easily achievable, without any kind of problem, even with very aggressive swings, and strong loads on the shaft. Even the sound, at impact, is very nice. In this wonderful driver, all appears to be SIMPLY PERFECT!

I owned this club last year and changed for a different one. After struggling with my new driver I decided to go back to this. It's an older model but really fits my game. The TP is really good with the slightly shorter heavier shaft and toe weight to help combat my "power draw" (hook)! It's also quite long on centred hits and actually quite forgiving too.

I am only a beginner, had some alright clubs to start me off, played for a year or so, i needed some new clubs and ones which would give me further distance, and better accuracy. I brought this Taylormade burner superfast 2.0, its as if you cant do anything wrong with the club, brilliant club! would recommend this to any. Also brought the r9 full set of irons from golfbidder, which also are brilliant clubs! i went to their shop to see their showroom and it was brilliant service from when i walked in the door until i walked out.

My first buy was the r7 tp two years ago from golfbidder, which i received excellent service and a great club. Now that i was on the hunt for a new driver the only place i was shopping was golfbidder. Again excellent service and the burner tp looks fantastic, i also bought the burner 3 wood tp the burner hybrid tp, ghost putter and 60 lob wedge. Received all these this morning. Cant wait to get out and play.
