This is the manufacturer's Recommend Retail Price (RRP).
With single clubs (driver, fairways, hybrids, etc.) it is easy to see the saving you're making. However things are a little more complicated if you're looking at a set of irons.
At model level (when browsing all the sets of a particular model) the RRP displayed is for an 8 iron set - usually 3-PW or 4-SW - with steel shafts.
At lot level (when you're looking at a unique set of irons) the RRP may have changed. This is so we can show you the relative RRP of that particular set. You could be looking at a set comprised of 5-PW (6 irons) so we have calculated and adjusted the RRP accordingly. We have also taken steel or graphite shafts in to consideration at this level. Graphite shafts are more expensive and you'll see this reflected in the RRP displayed.
The areas shaded blue indicate the range of abilities this model is designed for – from zero (i.e. expert golfers) through to 28 and above.
Beginners and high handicappers will generally be better off with models shaded blue on the right, better players will tend towards model shaded blue on the left.
Some models are suitable for a wide range of abilities and will be shaded accordingly.

Features and benefits of the TaylorMade R7 Draw Rescue Hybrid:
Golfer: Mens Right Hand
Golfer: Mens Left Hand
This club fits right in with my R7 3w and driver, and effectively replaces my 3 iron, which I was really just carrying around for fun. I don't know why I waited so long for the rescue. Easy to hit from the deck and the rough, and way more versatile than the 3, which I only ever really hit off the tee.
Never played with a hybrid before, was hitting this recovery Hybrid off the floor 170 yards at at an aqua driving range using floating balls...I have a natural fade when using my irons, this club went dead straight 9 out 10 times!
Excellent value. It works a treat
I find this club to be more consistent than my 6 iron although i would have preferred a graphite shaft to match my 25 deg model the steel shaft seems to be ok
This club is so easy to play it should be illegal.
