Model Year: 2006
RRP: £249.00
This is the manufacturer's Recommend Retail Price (RRP).
With single clubs (driver, fairways, hybrids, etc.) it is easy to see the saving you're making. However things are a little more complicated if you're looking at a set of irons.
At model level (when browsing all the sets of a particular model) the RRP displayed is for an 8 iron set - usually 3-PW or 4-SW - with steel shafts.
At lot level (when you're looking at a unique set of irons) the RRP may have changed. This is so we can show you the relative RRP of that particular set. You could be looking at a set comprised of 5-PW (6 irons) so we have calculated and adjusted the RRP accordingly. We have also taken steel or graphite shafts in to consideration at this level. Graphite shafts are more expensive and you'll see this reflected in the RRP displayed.
Handicap:
The areas shaded blue indicate the range of abilities this model is designed for – from zero (i.e. expert golfers) through to 28 and above.
Beginners and high handicappers will generally be better off with models shaded blue on the right, better players will tend towards model shaded blue on the left.
Some models are suitable for a wide range of abilities and will be shaded accordingly.

From the moment I rushed up to the driving range with this club I loved it - Longer than any other club I've used and more importantly consistantly straight. This club gives me so much confidence off the tee, I hardly ever use anything else off the tee for safety because it goes so straight, thanks Golfbider, I bagged a bargain!

I broke the shaft of my older driver. So I had to look for a new one. My golfmates let me use their Calloway 460 12,5 Taylermade 460 10,5 and Mizuno MP001 10,5. The Mizuno felt the best, the results the best. And after using it 3 rounds since purchasing I have to say: this is the club I was waiting for since way-back-when. Amazing !! Finally I'm complete equipped.

If there was an aspect of my game that I lacked was distance with the driver and some consistency. Forget that. This driver goes long long and just fills me up with confidence on the tee block. My drives are straighter and just simplifies the rest of the game.

I brought this driver as a result of trying my dad's 400cc one and finding it easy to hit. I was not let down when i brought the 460cc as it is forgiving, long and easy to hit.
