Items ordered before 2.00 pm Monday to Thursday are despatched by overnight courier for next working day delivery.

Items ordered before 2pm on Friday are delivered on Monday.

Why do I need to register?

Registering on Golfbidder gives you access to all the great facilities we offer including our auctions, Cash4Clubs and part-exchange offers. Before you can buy golf clubs, accessories, bid on auction items or sell clubs to us you must first set up an account with Golfbidder. This can be done on our registration page.


Why can't I register?

The main reason we find for customers not being able to log in is their already registered. If this is the case an you cannot remember your password then please request a hint on the login page. If you're sure your username and password are correct then it might be


Why do we ask for card details?

The nature of the market place that Golfbidder trades means we source the products you see for sale from a huge number of different people and businesses. Submitting your card details provides validation that you are who you say you are and that the goods are legally yours to sell.


Do we store your card details?

Golfbidder do not store any credit card details. Once the address check has been processed and authorised (registration) or the payment for your order has been successful (purchasing) your card details are permanently deleted. You will have to enter your card details each time you come to checkout during future transactions.
