The great thing about the 913 driver from Titleist is that you can change loft and lie independently from each other using the two hosel sleeves. Using the wrench provided and the Titleist SureFit chart you can find the right combination of letters (A-D) and numbers (1-4) that will suit your ball flight.
If you look at the chart you’ll see that the A1 setting is standard. If you wanted the ball flight to be high (more loft) you look higher on the chart, towards D4 or A4. Once you have the loft decided then you can start to look left and right along the same row. If you want a ball flight that goes more to the left, then look left (towards C3) and vice versa.
To actually make the changes once you got you letter/number combination use the wrench provided and unscrew the shaft from the head. You do not have to completely unscrew the shaft from the head – just enough to move the hosel sleeves. Once the two are disconnected you can line up your new combination to the white dot on the club head, place the shaft back into position and tighten. Make sure you hear a click from the wrench as this indicated the screw is tightened to the right level. Once you hear the click you’re ready to go.
