Tubes, Ange & Jimmy Bullard recently took to Silvermere Golf Club, in which they allowed the wheel of Golfbidder brands to select the clubs they'd be using for this used golf clubs challenge. Of course, Bullard, being a scratch golfer needed some sort of handicap and therefore was only allowed 3 clubs, whilst mid-handicappers, Tubes & Ange were allowed 6 in their bag.

How many clubs?

Tubes, Ange and Jimmy Bullard started at Golfbidder HQ by taking turns spinning the wheel of Golfbidder brands to select each brand of club they were going to use for a windy round at Silvermere Golf Club. Jimmy Bullard the scratch golfer was only allowed 3 clubs in which he spun Ping, TaylorMade and Wilson. Ange then spun the wheel to choose the brands of their 6 clubs, in which he spun TaylorMade, Mizuno, Titleist, Cobra and the wildcard ‘no club’ option, which meant Tubes & Ange only had 5 clubs to use. Ange and Bullard then took to the warehouse at Golfbidder HQ to find the clubs they were going to use to face up against each other.

What did they pick?

Jimmy Bullard’s Clubs: Tubes & Ange’s Clubs:
Driver Ping G400 LST TaylorMade SIM Max
Hybrid Cobra King Speedzone
Iron TaylorMade P7MC (7) Mizuno JPX919 Forged (8)
Wedge Titleist SM8 (52)
Putter Wilson Staff Infinite II Buckingham Mizuno M-Craft

How did they perform?

Although Tubes & Ange were playing some incredible shots with their trusty Cobra King Speedzone hybrid and Mizuno JPX919 Forged irons it was Jimmy Bullard who throughout the 9-hole contest. His sublime bunker shot (with a 7-iron!) and his 320-yard drive down Silvermere's 6th hole being specific highlights. However it ended with Tubes & Ange taking the victory after Bullard conceded on the last hole with Tubes & Ange already 1up.
