Everything sold on Golfbidder comes with a warranty - some of these warranties are handled by the manufacturers as they have the specialist equipment and expertise to fix the problem.

Golfbidder is proud to be an authorised online stockist of Motocaddy electric trolleys and other products. If you have brought a Motocaddy product from us, please ensure you register your purchase with Motocaddy to activate your warranty. Please note both trolleys and batteries need to be registered.

GPS Troubleshooting

Please make sure 'Auto Off' is disabled and device software is up to date using igolf.com.

Should your issue be regarding GPS mapping or course issues; please contact the iGolf office before returning your unit, as this can be rectified remotely and is not considered a fault.
