Already had the 3i hybrid but needed a little more distance on the par 5s and long par 4s so also bought the 2i hybrid. Sweeps the ball nicely off the turf as you'd expect from a hybrid and has a low, boring flight that seems to court accuracy over blind distance. Am considering getting the 4i hybrid soon.

Yonex clubs are often overlooked by the monthly mags. This hybrid is easy to use and delivers a very long ball flight from tee and fairway/light rough. It's simply very good value for money when bought from GB.

Have only had the one chance to use it so far, but was amazed at how easy it was to use and got some great results

In short, I can hit this club from tee, fairway and semi-rough almost as far and with greater accuracy and consistency than my 3-wood (also Yonex and a favourite club). The combination of short shaft and heavy heel and toe weights won't suit everyone, but for me they compel a smooth, unhurried swing which projects the ball with a low, piercing flight with a carry of c200 yards and total distance of c220.

I recently replaced my TaylorMade R7 rescue draw with the Yonex Cyberstar XC+ 22 degree. It feels easier to hit and I get a nice straight, low penetrating ball flight from it. Lovely at address and you get a lovely "ping" when clipping it off the fairway!!
