Titleist AP1 irons. The The new Titliest AP family is the most technologically advanced irons that Titleist has ever produced. The Titleist AP1 and AP2 feature contemporary technology with traditional Titleist feel for the better and aspiring player. The AP stands for Advanced Performance, and the new irons deliver on that promise. Both feature a multi-material construction and dual cavity design that combine to provide unmatched feel, forgiveness and playability in a Titleist iron. Four different materials are used in the construction of the AP irons, including a steel body, tungsten nickel steel box, central support bar with elastomer cushion and aluminum cavity plate Titleist AP1 irons are advanced performance, multi-material, dual cavity, contemporary cast irons providing looks, feel, shot control, and higher flight with forgiveness for the skilled and aspiring player. AP1’s high tech multi-material construction features a steel body, tungsten nickel sole, elastomer bar and aluminium cavity plate. These materials combine to deliver both performance and feel. The dual cavity design of the Titleist AP1 irons pushes weight to the perimeter for forgiveness. A central cross member featuring a soft elastomer cushion provides structural rigidity behind the impact area while also dampening face vibration for better overall feel. The lower cavity of the Titleist AP1 iron is enclosed by a tungsten nickel box. This high density material locates the Centre of Gravity low and deep for performance while also providing low frequency vibration dampening for outstanding solid feel. Titleist AP1 irons offer a contemporary, confidence inspiring appearance in the set up position with a traditional profile shape, soft blends, modern proportions, and semi-underslung hosel. The attractive metallic back cavity plate with multiple elevation graphics, textures and colour contributes to the AP1’s great looks and appeal.

This is Titleist's first forray into the Game improvement Iron market and I'm impressed. The clubs look great and inspire confidence at address. They are also more forgiving that my Titleist DDI irons. My handicap is 28 but I've been having lessons the last 9 months and my ball striking has improved dramatically. I'm looking forward to the new season with these new clubs and to lowering the handicap.

Purchased these from golf bidder. Very happy with the condition and description that was given. Great clubs, Usually shows when using new irons but my first round i dropped 6 shots! Very comfortable clubs and more forgiving than expected. Would recommend Titleist AP1 and GolfBidder

Buy them !!! 3 years ago I bourght Titleist 690 CB and have been very happy for them but had some serious trips into the woods when hitting the ball of center of the iron, I am very sure that the CB series is ecxelent but when you are a mid handicapper is myself you need forgiveness. I order to improve my game I thought about giving the AP1 a chance and I must say that I am already after just a few rounds very happy for them and can feel how the inner rubber core absorbs and forgives. The AP1 is perfectly ballanced and makes it easy to adapt so club and player becomes one, Your sving becomes smoother and you are still able to get the needed distance. Just PERFECT ! P.s - I strongly recommend Golfbidder.co.uk to new interested ! They act fast (reaches destination before ETA) keep all promises.

I got a set of Titleist AP1 irons on Christmas Eve and was delighted with the condition of the clubs. Grips, shafts and heads were in top order Having done a bit of ground work in finding 'the 'right club' the big chill over the festive season has been frustrating. Had two short outings over frozen home course with temporary greens and itching to truly road test them once the thaw sets in.

I'm no great reviewer - but I would like to mention 2 things: 1. Golfbidder offer a fantastic service. What you order is simply what you get. Cannot fault it. Delivery as stated. Clubs as stated. 2. Titleist AP1 - despite a lot of sales people have discouraged me to buy these clubs because I'm still a relatively high handicapper - I'm confident that I have bought the correct clubs for me. This is not to say that these are for everyone! For me, these clubs not only look good, feels good, sounds good and at the same time offers a lot of forgiveness and playability with them. I have tried a lot of other clubs prior to deciding on the AP1's - and others are good - but nowhere near as good as these! Definitely try them out before you buy them!
