About Ping Rapture Hybrid

Ping Rapture Hybrid. The Ping Rapture Hybrid features Multi Material Technology - a 475 Super Steel Face, 17-4 Stainless Steel Body, Tungsten Nickel Sole. The 17-4 Stainless Steel Body is engineered for control and forgiveness while the heavy, tungsten nickel sole plate positions the centre of gravity low and away from the face for higher launching and lower spinning shots. The thin, super steel face provides a hot, responsive hitting area for added distance while the sloped Crown Design helps bring the CG further down and away from the face, resulting in a club that is easy to control from any turf conditions and results in high, penetrating trajectories for longer, softer landing approach shots. The Ping Rapture Hybrid is available in three degrees of loft: 18 degree (replaces the 3 iron or 7 wood), 21 degree (4 iron or 9 wood); 24 degree (5 iron or 11 wood)

This club arrived really promptly and the condition was excellent. I haven't tried on the course yet, had a try at driving range. I already the same club in a 23 degree(Senior Shaft) and the 18 is equally good. Good price too.Delighted, thank you Golfbidder

Quality Hybrid, smooth off the fairway, enough forgiveness and a great draw ball flight, would recommend steel shaft if you prefer accuracy over distance which i find is key for better scores. Also cuts through short rough with ease.

Recently I decide to change to Rapture hybrids, found a matching pair on the site and was hitting balls 24 hours later! The clubs have very pleasant feel, and the ballflight is nice and steep with soft landing. All that without sacrificing length. I am very pleased.

I have used this club now for two rounds and tested it out from different lies and the Tee ,I have been very pleased with the results.It may seem a bit expensive for a second hand club but playing from the fairway is always easier then the trees.
