ive had a few new drivers over the 3 years, hibore xls, nike vr pro, callaway ft9 but ive never felt in controll of any of them.i ordered the r7 425 as is has a nice compact head size that looks nice at address and a short by modern standards 45inch shaft.its may not be as long as the brand new modals but im hitting more fairways and shooting better scores and at the end of the day that is all that realy matters.

My previous driver had a steel shaft with which I was hitting nasty slices. OK on a left to right dog leg but very punitive on right to left or straight, narrow fairways.
The r7, set up to produce a draw flight, has already put around 40 yards on my drives with a vastly improved flight path.
A few more rounds and sessions at the range should see me hitting it consistently straighter and longer. Then comes the 3 and 5 woods to replace the ones I currently use.
A great club and highly recommended. If I can hit it farther and straighter then anyone can.
Golfbidder was a pleasure to deal with and will most certainly get more business from me in future. Thanks very much for outstanding service.

having got a lend of friends r7 425 and using it for a few weeks, started hitting ball a lot further and straighter. Decided to get one for myself, browsed most internet sites and best was with golfbidder.delivered when they said it would be.

I recently purchased the R7 425 and have noticed significantly longer drives
vs my Ping I 3. Still working out the bugs in my swing/set-up to accomodate my new club. It gives me the power that I've needed. Would buy it again.

Excellent club. I have always found Taylor Made drivers a pleasure. this club is pretty forgiving, has a lovely weight and i will probably be using it for many many years.

I wonder why golf club makers continue to develop new clubs when they build perfection. This is it. Lovely compact head - none of the 460cc nonesense. Great shaft. Superb ball flight and it's LONG.
Set up for draw to correct the late fade I was getting with my old club and now set neutral as I've got the natural draw back. Beautiful club

Previously used R5 which I thought was excellent, wanted to try slightly less loft, previously 10.5 so went for R7 425. Has taken 3 rounds to adjust, but now regularly finding the fairway and about 10% increase in length. Will keep R5 as insurance but highly rate the R7. As for Golfbidder, faultless as ever.

i have been using a ping g5 offfset 10.5 loft reg flex driver that i got from golfbidder hit it resonably well, distance was ok around 230/240 but shot dispertion was conciderable, and my drives had a lot of hight, so i thought to myself i wonder if a stiffer shaft and slightly less lofted club would give me better control over my shotmaking, well i ran this idea past a few of my pals and they told me that stiff shafwouldts are for stronger players with fast swings, and that for a chap of my years(i qualify as a senior)it would be tricky. Well i concidered this view for some time and i came to the conclusion that if i saw a stiff shafted club with slightly lower loft on golfbidders auction site and there was a chance to get it at a good price i would go for it, so when i saw this talor made club i bid for it and got it at a very good price! when it arrived i took it to the golf course with my pals in tow.first tee 350yd par4 put ball oob on right! second hole 396yd par4 scuffed it 100yds olong ground!this continued for obout 9driving holes, well my spirits were pretty low by now and my pals were looking a bit i told you so,well on the tenth driving hole i made a decision that changed everything! i decided to swing the club on a slightly flatter plane and wow off it went like a rocket straight down the middle leaving me 140yds to the pin on a400yd hole i have been hitting the club well since making this small adjustment this is a fantastic golf club perchased at a good price and the gamble payed off for me, now i need another magical club to sort my short game out!

Just changed from a TM XR-05 as it is now non-compliant and this club seems to be just as good. Moving the weights around does make a difference to the flight so it is easy to set it up to suit your swing - very happy so far!

used to have 10.5 reg v.good .this 9.5 stiff different class way longer more roll better than any other inc nike460 tour an thats saying somthing ,905r as well .There may never be a better one than this -the chosen one keeps you in play and super long QED.

i have tried a few driners in the last few years allways in the search for a driver that i could hit easy consistently but like many golfers i like to try and 'kill' the ball' once in a while. this driver allows me to do this, i generally hit the ball around 280 yards from the tee but no matter how hard you try to hit this driver, you are allways in controll of the ball. i wouldnt worry too much about the wieghts though, in my oppinion they just add confidence to a player who has a natural fade or draw. great club would recomend it anyday.

I had been looking for a new driver for some time. Happened across this one and as I already use a Taylor Made 3 wood and a couple of rescues I thought I would like to try it. I'm so glad I did!! Straight and long are the best descriptions I can place on it, even the miss hits are not to damaging.
Can't recommend it highly enough

This club is excellent! I have used it a few times now and I have to say even though I am still slicing (that's to do with my swing not the club) I am getting far more distance than before.

I had never heard of "Golfbidder" until I did an Internet "Google" search for an R7 and found this site which seemed to offer much more than any "e-bay" offers for someone like me who wanted a R7 425 quickly and at a very reasonable price. All my order instructions were carried out to the letter, and I would recommend "Golfbidder" to anyone looking for golf equipment.
In respect of the R7, I am very pleased with my purchase and hope it helps my high handicap to reduce.

This is a very good driver which has certainly improved my distance off the tee. It has not, however, stopped the wild pulls and blocks!

As this is a Christmas present from my wife, I have not yet used the club. After Christmas i shall be able to do a review if required.

This driver is just in a different league compared to any other on the market!!! Over the years I’ve had a few different drivers, and tend to change every 6-12 months, to keep up to date with the latest technologies etc... Since purchasing this club about 6 months ago my consistency off the tee has been dramatically improved!! And with the added accuracy this driver gives me, this increases my confidence, and thus resulting in long straight drives, time after time... So what I’m saying really is, buy this driver and you won’t be disappointed!! because it's quite simply immense!!!

Well, words desert me for exactly how good this driver is. Thought all the 'weight' system of the r7 was a lot of toffee but it must do something to make the ball hit the fairway! Decided to upgrade from my old 983e and this little beauty is SO much more forgiving. Golfbidder provided excellent service yet again, for a truly excellent product.
