I'm one of those who is always a couple of years behind the "cutting edge" of technological advances. Driving is the best part of my game. My previous driver was an 11 degree (R) FT-3, and I was very happy with it. On seeing a playing partner's FT-5 I decided to try a change. With some trepidation (as I'm an average player) I opted for the Tour edition, with Apollo ProTo 'ByYou' 65R shaft. First impressions on the range were very positive - more consistent trajectory, good distance, and on impact, greater feel and a more satisfying noise than the FT-3. These initial impressions were more than borne out on the course. The club inspires confidence on the tee, and I'm hitting my drives consistently further, straighter and better.

A really excellent club for me with the Graphalloy Prolaunch Red S shaft. I've had problems with too high flying drives and this combination gives me just the perfect club.
