Great club! Struggled to get of the tee and was using 3wood. Finally getting some consistency and distance with this club! Club i bought was stated as fair condition ,it was in a good condition to me! Couldn't be more happy with purchase!

I have previously tried many drivers and was playing with a three wood because I couldn't get my old driver (Cobra) to work. Then a friend lent me his TaylorMade r7 Draw and from the first hit, I knew it was for me - I bought one from golfbidder the same day and have never looked back. It has straightened my drives and given me roughly 30 yards more than I ever hit before consistently.

This club is amazing!
I was a constant slicer off the tee with the driver. Now with this club everything is near enough dead straight, long and accurate.
It has easily added 20+ yards to each drive and i am now confident in standing on the tee and hitting my driver knowing exactly where it is going to end up.
My only slight gripe is the head cover that came with the club is falling apart therefore it look's tacky in my bag and it wont last all that long i don't think.

I have played 3 games with this driver which replaced an Adams senior shaft Hi loft. I hasd a problem with the R7 of topping most of the shots untill someone pointed out that the R7 shaft is 1" shorter than the Adams.
Is this a regular 'thing' with the Taylor made or is it the Adams make longer shafts?

only played one round so far, life gets in the way! tried driver on 3 holes ,will need to go to the range a couple of times before i can leave Cobra offset at home , fantastic condition ,looks like its never been used , if it works as well as the irons down goes the handicap
Chobham H.Cap (19) 19.07.10
The club is excellent and gives me much needed confidence when standing on the tee

good feeling even when hit off centre.

Beginner player, former driver was a Dunlop Max from a full set I purchased for around £120, 420cc, kept going right on me off the tee so invested in a driving iron until a local club member allowed me to hit a few balls off the tee with his driver. WOW!! an amazing club, great distance even from a total novice and it went straight as a die. Had to get one and used it once on the course few days ago. Never have I won the game between the 3 of us that play, well all that changed, straight drives and great distance knocked enough off my round to win. Very forgiving club even if you don't catch it right on every hit, which as a novice, i tend to do frequently.
NB. No handicap yet but had to chose one so added highest I could.

HAVING SPENT LAST FEW YEARS BLOCKING RIGHT WITH A FADE THIS CLUB ON THE RANGE AND OVER 18 HOLES HAS GIVEN ME THE CONFIDENCE TO AIM DOWN THE CENTRE AND TRUST THAT IT WILL DELIVER AND FIND THE FAIRWAY. EVEN HIT IT OFF THE FAIRWAY INTO 40MPH WINDS AND THE BALL FLEW LIKE AN ARROW LONG AND FAR AND MORE IMPORTANTLY STRAIGHT !!!
WISH I HAD GOT ONE YEARS AGO
IF U PUSH SHOTS RIGHT WITH A FADE OR SLICE DONT DELAY BUY THIS CLUB THANX GOLFBIDDER FOR GREAT SERVICE

Great service getting it delivered to Portugal. I love the club, much more consistent, dodgy slice now controllable fade. There's light at the end of my long game. Thanks Golfbidder

Well not quiet but getting that way.
I upgraded to this 9 degree model from a 10.5 degree as I was getting too much hieght and fade and the improvement was almost immediate, in fact if my putting had matched my driving I would have shot my best ever round first time out with the club.
Lovely club beautiful balance.

Great service, good value, fast, efficient and timely. Club was rated a 7 but was in great condition all over. Hit some balls in the driving range this week and looking forward to the real test drive this weekend.

Bought as a replacement for an R580 12 degree driver. The R7 Draw 13.5 degree HT hits the ball higher (no surprise there!) and possibly a bit shorter..... but it is very easy to hit it either with a slight draw or straight. Good-bye to the right side of the fairway. Highly recommended for higher handicap players who can't find the fairway with their driver.
Golfbidder service excellent and highly recommended. Club delivered the next day and well packaged. Club was rated 7/7/7 and I'm very happy with it - I think it's nearly as good as new with minor scuff marks on the sole which I'd make in a few rounds anyway. Taylor Made R7 Headcover provided, nearly as new. I'd happily buy clubs rated by Golfbidder as 7 or higher. Photo of the club on web site was accurate and you get a guaranteed genuine club at a fair price - why buy elsewhere?

I'm fairly new to golf having only played for the last year or so on a more constant basis. I've always had a slight left to right in my shots and was told about this club.
It has straightened up my shots so i am getting better scores for my rounds now and cant fault the club at all.
jacko18 H.Cap (28) 21.02.09
After two drives to get used to the club I was driving straight down the fairway! My slice was gone, what more can I say. I was also hitting a minimum of 220 yards and often pushing 250, a vast improvement on my last driver and the best golfing buy of my fairly short golfing career. If you are wondering wether to upgrade from a cheap driver and wonder if will actually make a diference the answer if yes it will!
HitOrMiss H.Cap (24) 04.02.09
Excellent club. Looks great at address. If you have a chronic slice
with the driver as I have (I'm very much a beginner) then this won't magically cure it but it does help. Great distance too.

just got my new big dog, r7 draw! i was hitting ball with callaway drivers but no matter what one used i allways hit slice (deep stuff)i went to the range with new club r7,50 balls (gobsmacked)another 50 carrying 250mark longball slice no more
garethmcg H.Cap (16) 22.08.08
I am a 16 handicap, whilst I hit the ball a long distance I never had much confidence in my drives. Nine times out of ten I ended up on the right. To compensate I started aiming down the left and my game steadily got worse. This R7 draw is the club if you suffer like me. Since my purchase from Golfbidder, the ball does what it is told. My driving is great and hopefully the handicap will start to come down. It was a pleasure doing buisness with Golfbidder. Like the commerical for the wood stain - Golfbidder does everything it says on the tin.

all i can say is awsome . . .
chriswhitey H.Cap (24) 01.08.08
Iv always had a left to right shape using a driver. however since i purchased this club my shots have been alot straighter and i can now draw and fade the ball easilly.
adrian_lyons H.Cap (14) 12.07.08
Club in exellent condition that i won in an auction, rated 7 for all. Played a lot with the club and is working great. Friends have all bought of golfbidder since they saw the results, Thanks

Like someone else on here, I changed my grip from interlocking and find that that and this club have meant that I am hitting some of my best drives ever and have much more consistency, too.

Well, I have had the club a week and the first time I used it I had my best ever game of golf. The club is very light and when you hit the ball well it makes a great sound as well as increasing the length of my drives by at least 30 to 40 yards. All in all very happy with the club!!
costahmmer H.Cap (11) 02.04.08
Have struggled for years with a fade/slice...as we all know it is possible the most damaging shot in golf...apart from the shank..which doesn't happen often to most!!
I have used this club ( with an adjustment to my grip ..switched from interlocking to Vardon)for 4 rounds and i have not hit even a hint of a fade or slice...If anything i have to watch out for a hook...which is much more managable than a slice!!
Great club and is nowwhere near severe as the new Burner Draw...i test drove that and hooked every shot!!
R7 Draw is the cure for a slice..ps..and also strenghten your grip up....it helps!!
steadie H.Cap (14) 15.03.08
i have always sliced the ball off the tee , but when i tried the r7 draw driver , it straightened me up quite considerably ( not perfectly straight ) and added 30 to 50 yds on my drive and best of all i was not in the rough or worse as much which gave me more confidence when stood on the tee box. would recommend l/h slicers to try it !
tpb300 H.Cap (9) 10.03.08
I am almost 70 years old. I tried the r7 draw at the range for the first time. My normal shot is a high fade. With the r7 draw, after a few swings, I was hitting the ball either dead straight or with a slight draw. It added about 15 yards to my drive, which was already quite reasonable for someone my age. I am now hitting the ball about 250 yards quite consistently
Craig897 H.Cap (18) 27.02.08
I dont usually write these reviews, didnt really think that a piece of equipment could give you a quick fix for a bad swing and a bad slice problem with the long clubs due to my quick swing speed which was leaving the club very open through impact, but this club has finally enabled me not only to add a driver to the bag, but to hit it off every long hole, and hit 12,13,14 fairways a round with considerable distance, im talking 250+ yards, i even drove a 270 yard par 4 today with this driver, the ball flight is stunning, i havent had this club a week yet and the results are stunning already with only 4 rounds under my belt with it, this will no doubt take 4 shots off my handicap easily as i dont need to struggle taking irons off tees and can now take wedges and short irons in to greens rather than the harder to hit longer irons. To sum it up :- very long, straightens a slice (it wasnt uncommon for me to hit a 90 degree bannana with previous drivers) very forgiving although you still need to put a decent swing on it - no club is idiot proof, and very good looking aswell, which is just the package really. So if you have a slice problem, get one of these bad boys, stick a prov1 in front of it and let it fly 250 yards down the left edge of the fairway

What a fantastic club, tried a few different drivers in the past given up on them but now there is a new hope. If the driving range results are put into practice it could be a great year, i'm longer and straighter than ever before.

Very happy with my purchase , very good condition , have not had the chance to get on the course as yet due to the terrible weather conditions lately.
mm6947 H.Cap (21) 30.11.07
The club was in better condition than described and performed exactly as claimed by the supporting info and reviews.
My mate was so impressed with the way it straightened my drives that he tried it out for himself. He wanted to buy it from me there and then so happy was he with what it did for him.
tonysmith H.Cap (18) 13.08.07
Have played the game for over 15 years and tried a number of drivers, but have always had to allow for a fade (and occasionally a couple of round destroying slices). This is the first driver that I have been able consistently to hit straight. Am getting used to aiming for the middle of the fairway instead of the left edge. Also an extra 15 yds or so longer than my last driver(R 320ti). Great club and great service from golfbidder.
kirton555 H.Cap (12) 14.07.07
On writing this review I have played 3 rounds with this club. The first thing I noticed was how nice it looked at my address position I felt comfortable straight away. I always set up to compensate for my fade, the first time I hit the ball I can honestly say it went straight down the middle fighting against my fade. For the last two years I have been playing with a Ping G2 although a great club it did nothing for my fade and occasional slice. After 3 rounds I can now hit a draw at will its seems or is the club, what ever, but I can thoroughly recommended this club to anyone who has a fade/slice.
georgieboy H.Cap (19) 16.06.07
As a habitual slicer particularly with the driver I have tried many different models to try and find a solution and this one has come closest.Whereas previously I would aim over mid on to find the fairway I can at last allign myself at the target in the knowledge that the ball will head in that direction. Just returned from Portugal where I shot net 68 and 66 on serious courses so very well pleased.
natalie15 H.Cap (23) 30.04.07
since purchasing the R7 draw i have found this club very forgiving in all aspecs. For those of you who want to cure a slight fade and obtain a slight draw this is the club to buy.

Hi have had a new Cobra HS9 for a while a was starting to struggle with it as i had a constant fade, which i was told by the pro that i was not turning over my hands enough, so i decided to buy this club as this is what it's designed for due to the weighting in the club. It has made a massive difference to my game and i hit almost every fairway i go for.If you slice or fade the ball then get this club i swear it will help!!!
