About Nike Ignite T60

Nike Ignite T60 Fairway wood. As used by TIGER WOODS. A massive 60 gram Tungsten plug has been inserted into the sole of the Ignite fairway woods to create a low and deep centre of gravity. Two thirds of the total clubhead weight is below the equator of the ball, which makes it easy to get the ball up in the air for long and accurate shots. A thin, strong, forgiveness-enhancing, cold-rolled, 455 Stainless Steel is used in the clubface of the Nike Ignite T60 fairway woods. In addition to the material's responsiveness, it saves 11 grams of weight and allows for greater perimeter weighting, for extra forgiveness. The Nike Ignite T60 is already proving a success on the professional tours - having found it's way into the bag of US Ryder Cup player, Stewart Cink, Masters and Open Champion David Duval - and Nick Faldo.

What a club !!! I bought a 5 wood via the aution purely on a whim. No one else wanted it but its found a home in golf bag. This is a great club. I can send the ball a long long way of the fairway and off the tee, so its great for those par 5's and short par 4's where accuracy is the key. Its long, its straight and its remarkably consistent. For a while I was cynical of Nike golf gear as "they make trainers" but the Ignite banished those fears big style.

I gotta admit i'm not the best golfer but I hit this club just as far as my driver, but straighter!!! I have started to leave the driver at home and just use this. Great feel and great sound off the tee or grass.

As I own the 7 wood equivalent, I bought the 3 wood. I've found it heavier and gives me no extra distance. Disappointing but early days.

This three wood as used by tiger woods has the most explosive distance both off the tee and the fairway of any fairway wood i have ever hit. I advise anybody looking for a long, workable fairway wood to buy an ignite t-60.

This is a superb club.Very easy to get in the air and very forgiving.Hits the ball a very long way and the sound is as explosive as many large headed titanium clubs.Clubface is deep but that doesn't mean that it can't work from the light rough although deep rough is a problem even though that is the case for in general all fairway woods!Highly recommended.
