About Titleist PT 906F2

Titleist PT 906F2 fairway Wood. The Tour-inspired Titleist PT 906F2 fairway metals raise the bar for long game performance. Born from extensive ground-sole contact research with the world's best players, the 906F2 uses an innovative Multi-Relief Sole™ design that allows for crisp, solid contact from a variety of turf conditions. The Multi-Relief Sole provides greater ground clearance at the trailing edge to minimize turf resistance. This significantly improves upon prior generation fairway metal performance by ensuring that the ground-sole contact point remains forward, toward the leading edge of the club. Maintaining a forward ground-sole contact point improves directional control and ball flight by reducing the potential of the club to bounce or skip into the ball - especially from closely mown fairways, for players who play the ball forward in their stance or for players who sweep the ball from the turf with a shallow attack angle. The new Titleist 906F2 fairway metals use a multi-material construction with a separate face insert for maximum ball speed and a hot, lively feel. A repositioned weight bed in the sole of the body optimizes the centre of gravity forward, closer to the face for less draw bias than prior generation fairway metals. This reduces dynamic face closure for a neutral ball flight that allows the player to dictate the shot shape. A wider face area offers greater forgiveness and playability while full-length scorelines provide more consistent spin from longer grass or wet conditions. The Tour-preferred Titleist pear shaped profile with a perfectly square face angle deliver the looks and confidence better players demand. Available in 13,15 and 18 degree lofts.

I have bought a 15 degree spoon with regular flex. The club is working just fine. It was in good shape as you promised. 8, 8, 8. The club was delivered 6 days. Exellent i must say. I will buy more clubs from you for sure. Best regards, Ola.

Once again Titleist produce a great club. This fairway wood performs very well off most lies. It is easy to hit and sends it out there. Highly recommended.

I received my 3 wood with S300 stiff steel shaft from Golfbidder last Thursday. The condition was as expected and I think very fairly rated. If you have a fast swing the stiff steel shaft is wonderful, it also adds weight and gives the club a great solid feel. I tend to hit the ball pretty far, my G5 driver is so straight and long, and my Taylor Made Rescue Dual hybrid so easy to hit and accurate it was rare i needed a fairway wood on the courses i generally play. However, as i'm wanting to get my handicap right down i felt I needed something to work the ball a bit better for better angles to attack the pin on those shorter par 4's. It works! The club is so easy to draw or fade it's incredible, it hardly needs a swing either, effortless! First round with it on Saturday and 5 birdies! They say Titleist Woods are for the better players, but I find this club the easiest i've ever hit! Thanks Golbidder. Matt.

Purchased a Titleist PT 906F2 15.0 degree 3 Wood Titleist 4375 regular graphite shaft on the auction. Productand service from Golfbidder just excellent. Used the club on a links course, really easy to swing and pick the ball up off the fairway, direction and length are great. The 15 degree loft might be a little too much for links on a windy day as the ball climbs pretty high, but we will persevere.

This is a very precise and workable club. The small head and pear profile gives it an excellent look. I would recommend a steel shaft, as the extra weight made it feel very solid and well built. I can honestly say I have not hit a better 5 wood.

The combination of the Aldilia NV 75s shaft & Titleist club head are excellent. The responsivness and feel and look of this club is what I was looling for. When hit out of the middle the balls really flies true & straight. I bought both the 3 wood & 5 wood from Golfbidder, once again fast delivery, grar condition and excellent service. THANKS

Classic titleist compact head looks great over the ball. Feel is a bit dead, but the look and performance more than make up for it. Long and workable, with a boring trajectory. Would suit single figure golfers.

This 5wood is in a different league to any other I have ever used. I am hitting it further, straighter and when needed it is so easy to shape (fade/draw)I don't feel I need to swing hard to generate power with it!

I bought an 18 degree 5 wood a month ago, it is simply the best fairway wood I have ever possessed. Very easy to hit, and with consistantly great results. So good that I went out and bought the matching 3 wood last week! One word of advice, get the shaft properly fitted, there is an enormous difference between the shafts offered by Titleist, get the wrong one and you will not be as satisfied as I am...
