Had a set of the original Big Bertha's some years ago, and I have to say these are better, I dont play as much a I would like however these clubs really do help my lack of practice and playing time, easy to lign up & they sit very nicely, plenty of height and good distance, not always straight (who is) I didnt expect the clubs to change my game but they do help and make things that bit easier.

Have been using Big Bertha driver and fairway woods for over 12 months along with my Callaway X12 irons. The Big Bertha irons are easier to use, more forgiving and have given me greater distance and accuracy. All the clubs have the same width sole and this makes setup easier and gives great confidence with the long irons. Rarely use 4 iron before this set but this one is long and straight.

It suits me fine Iseam to be hitting the ball with more accuracy

A nice set of clubs and a nice feel to them. the only thing i found was that i lost 10 yards on each iron and put 5 shots on my handicap, so i have gone back to my x14 pro series.

Used my new clubs and went round in 10 less shots than normal. Getting much further distance and accuracy with the new clubs

I received my Big Bertha irons (4-SW) last week, teaming them with Big Bertha Fusion woods. What a difference! I was amazed at the difference providing yourself with good quality kit can make. Having played for about 18 months and used a cheap (make that very cheap) set of clubs i suddenly found how much easier the game can be if you use a decent set of clubs. Even as a high handicapper (at the moment anyway) the difference is clear and i am now more confident than ever that my handicap is going to start dropping rapidly.

Excellent service as per usual. Clubs are fantastic and very easy to use just like the model info suggested! I will be back to buy more from the site and my handicap will be crasing down!

Wow, what a set of irons. After my first couple of rounds I fell in love with my seven iron, and my five iron is my mistress. Very forgiving and consistant giving me the confidence to attack greens when previously I would have played a bit more conservatively. Golfbidder is spot on with the summarys and my boss is quickly learning to watch out for me perusing your site

I have always struggles with lower numbered irons 4 and 5 irons, however with the Callaways my shots are more accurate and have now got rid of my 7 wood in favour of these easy to hit irons

Owned this irons for a year now and they are the best thing you can purchase to improve and enjoy your game. My handicapp has dropped 6 shots from a Beginner(28) to a steady 22. When you can start hitting greens in regulation you always have a fighting chance for a birdie. Once again I say if you are a beginner of 20+ handicapper these are the clubs for you. Purchase and enjoy.

I have bought these clubs to replace the starter set that I bought 6 years ago, a much needed change. Have been to the driving range once during the week and today played 10 holes (buy nine get one free!) at the Springwater course in Notts. It didn't take me long to get used to the feel and after a few duffers found them very easy to play with. I'm hoping these will give me the confidence to knock at least a few shots off my handicap and my initial impression is that they might well do this. The Golfbidder service delivered as promised.

this is a good club i am glad to have it in my bag

It took me 2 weeks to get used to the different'feel' with these clubs but since then my iron play is so much more consistent. I no longer have a 'favourite' club - they are all favourite. I'm beginning to be called a bandit!

Have owned these clubs for a week now and visited the range to try them out. I couldn't miss. Out of 100 balls only one was a complete duffer. Hopefully I will take the confidence out on the course. If your a high handicapper and can afford these, it'll will be well worth it.

It's not in the mind they really have made a difference. Much easier to use and very golfer friendly especially for an oldie!!

Excellent, it’s hard to hit a bad shot! These clubs have straightened up my shots and what lovely solid sound, the 4 iron is very easy to use and the ten iron is a cracking bit of kit.

Model Info 2005

Callaway 2004 Big Bertha. Callaway 2004 Big Bertha irons are aimed at mid to high handicappers. At first glance, not hugely different to the 2002 Big Bertha irons, the main difference is that the sole is slightly thinner which reduces dragging, allowing the clubhead to slide more easily through thicker grass. With a constant-width sole, every club in the set has the same width to position the centre of gravity low and deep, creating a uniform feel and making them extremely easy to use. Callaway's 'Notch' weighting ensures the club head is much less likely to twist on off-centre hits. With their deep cavities and a confidence-inspiring top-line, these really are very easy clubs to use. With the 2004 Big Bertha Series you will generally get an extra club, the 10 iron. There will be a note added if this iron is included in the set.
