Having used Mizuno wedges previously I was not surprised at the quality of this club. Being left handed I cannot always find the loft I want in wedges but this 51 degree wedge is a perfect bridge between pitching wedge and sand wedge for me. Very responsive feel off the club face and easy to use.

Have recently acquired a MP-T Black Ni with 60 degrees of Loft. If, like me, you're wary of thinning a Lob Wedge over the green, try this club. This variation comes with only 5 degrees of bounce, making it childs play to line up the leading edge with the bottom of the ball, confident that the club will do the rest, flying your ball over sand & rough to the pin. While you're at it, try the 51-06 Mid Wedge or the 56-10. These clubs are the finest irons when it comes to gettting 'up & down' for your net par. Thanks Golfbidder !

I chopped in my 3 trusty Titleist Vokey's for 3 mizuno wedges about 18 months ago. The feel from the gap wedge in particular is unrivalled by any other wedges that i've played with. The only ones to come close are the Taylor Made Blacks but after hitting the Mizuno's even they feel a bit clumsy from tight lies.

first time i used this club i was 90 yards from the green so i thought a perfect lob wedge. when i had just bought my mizuno. i hit it to 2 inches due to landing it 13ft past the hole with enough spin to almost get me an eagle.

This is an excellent club. The head is comfortably heavy which allows a smooth swing and lots of momentum throwing the ball high with lots of spin. I'm very pleased with it so far.
