Following a tip from a friend I purchased the Steelhead III. I have to say it is shorter that a regular Driver and this adds to its accuracy. The club was well presented and feels good off the tee. Highly Recommended.

I bought this club as I have had the Steelhead III 3 wood and have found it solid and reliable for the past 5 years. I tried friends new drivers but have never gotten on with them. I have used my new driver at the range and once on course and it has been brilliant, wish I bought it 5 years ago!! The ball flight is low and the club head is much smaller than current models but I am not a fan of high shots from balls sitting inches above the ground on long tees. So far I have consistently out driven my buddies with their new G10's, Nike SQ's and Big Bertha's, and at a fraction of the price, reliably straight as well.

Product was in excellent condition - virtually brand new.
Was disappointed with the ball flight as was too low - the loft and steel shaft combination did not suit my swing. Also compared to newer model Drivers sweet spot is obviously smaller therefore less forgiving on off-centre hits. But what do you expect for less than £40! Callaway Steelhead III 3 and 7 woods that I have are obsolutely great and would not change them.

i used to have one of these when they first came out and was very impressed then but tried without vain to progress to the bigger new models without great sucsess ( very inconsistent ) so bougt another callaway steelhead 111 from golf bidder and have regained my tee shot consistancy and as a result have taken all the element of doubt away again i.e. playing without fear ( bob rotella ) played 3 rounds since purchasing the club and have shot under handicap on 3 ocasions well done callaway and also to golf bidder for this exellent service you come highly recommeded by all . many thanks matt northway +++
