Ping Rapture Hybrid. New for the 2007 season, the Ping Rapture Hybrid features Multi Material Technology - a 475 Super Steel Face, 17-4 Stainless Steel Body, Tungsten Nickel Sole. The 17-4 Stainless Steel Body is engineered for control and forgiveness while the heavy, tungsten nickel sole plate positions the centre of gravity low and away from the face for higher launching and lower spinning shots. The thin, super steel face provides a hot, responsive hitting area for added distance while the sloped Crown Design helps bring the CG further down and away from the face, resulting in a club that is easy to control from any turf conditions and results in high, penetrating trajectories for longer, softer landing approach shots. The Ping Rapture Hybrid is available in three degrees of loft: 18 degree (replaces the 3 iron or 7 wood), 21 degree (4 iron or 9 wood); 24 degree (5 iron or 11 wood)
