Mizuno MX-900 irons. The Mizuno Product Development Team wanted to create the first and only set of Grain Flow Forged Hybrid irons in the industry. From this development, the MX-900 was created. The MX-900™ is not only the most Hi-Tech iron Mizuno has ever produced, but it also delivers unbelievable Game Improvement performance for mid to high handicappers. The 3 thru 7 irons are forged with hollow technology and manufactured from Grain Flow Forged™, 4135 high strength steel in the face and neck for a more solid, consistent feel, and maximum durability. They employ H.E.M.I. (High Energy Mass Impact) Hybrid COG technology which used a 12g tungsten weight that positions the COG low and deep for maximum energy transfer and playability. The 8 thru pitching wedge are one-piece forged and use 1035 high select mild carbon steel for ultimate feel and control in the scoring irons. All come with a durable Double nickel chrome plated finish while U-grooves produce the ideal spin rate for maximum playability in all conditions. The super forgiving, extra wide sole increases ease of launch and delivers consistent ball striking from all types of lies.

absolutely delighted with this set, the long irons are so easy to hit-I've never been able to hit anything under a 6 iron with anything like consistency, however now right down to 3 iron is fine, so much that I have taken my TM hybrid out of my bag because my 3 iron does the job equally well. usual great service from golfbidder too - recommend on all fronts

The clubs were exactly as described and sent promptly. Very forgiving irons with nice feel from mizuno forged heads. Longer than my usual Ping i10/g10 combination. I purchased them specifically to take on holiday to North America and used them for the first time on a tough championship standard course at altitude(might account for extra length!) - dropped just 12 shots to the course which is 8 better than handicap! - think I'll be selling the Pings!

Well pleased with the new clubs. I liked my John Letters Trilogy T3s and the only reason I wanted to change was because the grips needed replacing and I wanted the benefit of more modern club technology. The additional weight on the head means a cleaner strke and for a medium h/c like me this leads to a more consistent shot. Would recommend

I bought these clubs on auction (my first time) for a very reasonable price and am very pleased with the condition of them. They are my first forged clubs and consequently feel a bit different to the clubs I have used for the past 10 years or so (Wilson Fatshafts). I was very pleasantly surprised to find out how much easier it was to shape the ball with the Mizunos - something you don't really expect from a so-called "game improvement" club. Better for chipping as well. Not quite as long as the Fatshafts but definitely straighter. Scored a gross 73 (admittedly off the yellows) second time out so am naturally delighted with them.

Had my first round today with these clubs and I loved them. I was getting my shots off much straighter than normal, and about 10 yards further. An excellent set of irons.
