Callaway ERC Fusion Fairway. The 'ERC' in Callaway's ERC fairway woods are the initials of Callaways founder - Ely Reeves Callaway. Callaway ERC Fusion Fairway Woods are an entirely new concept in fairway wood technology. Based on the revolutionary ERC Fusion driver, Fusion Technology combines a stainless steel face, sole and body with a lightweight carbon composite crown. Carbon composite is significantly lighter than steel - and allows Callaway's designers to put weight where you really need it - and to fine-tune the bulge of each clubface and wall thickness to achieve the optimum centre of gravity in each loft. The Moment of Inertia in the ERC Fusion is the highest of any of Callaway's fairway woods, so they're much more resistant to twisting, even on off-centre hits.

Very pleased with the product. I'm getting on a bit and find I need a f/way wood quite often. My Callaway ERC 5 wood goes very straight and a reasonable distance. Well worth the money.

i love this club... used one on a golfing holiday and couldn't do any wrong with it. Always had trouble hitting fairway woods off the deck... with this however I get great contact and distance everytime!! Great off the tee aswell.... only problem is it is so good I'm going to have to buy the 3 wood now aswell!!!
