Wilson golfer Padraig Harrington endured a frustrating week at the Masters as his bid to win a third successive Major title fell short.
After getting off to an encouraging start with a three-under-par 69 in his first round, the Irishman saw his hopes of Augusta glory fade with scores of 73 on Friday and Saturday.
Harrington''s challenge collapsed dramatically on day three when he carded a quadruple bogey at the par-five second hole.
He also shot a 73 in the final round to finish tied for 35th place, 12 shots adrift of Angel Cabrera, Chad Campbell and Kenny Perry.
"It just wasn''t my week," the 37-year-old told reporters afterwards.
"I''ll probably be a better golfer because of all of it. I''ll just move on and get ready for the next one," he added.
Northern Ireland''s Graeme McDowell was the highest-placed European player at the Masters, finishing four under par to tie for 17th.
Jose Maria Olazabal is the last player from this side of the Atlantic to win the green jacket, having beaten Davis Love III by two strokes in 1999.
