Mizuno golfer Luke Donald is set to make his return from injury at the Sun City Challenge next month.
The 30-year-old Englishman has been out of action since injuring his wrist at the US Open in June, but has been confirmed as a replacement for Nike player Anthony Kim at the South African event.
Tournament organisers revealed yesterday (November 18th) that Kim was forced to withdraw from the event, which takes place at the Gary Player Country Club from December 4th to 7th, due to an ankle problem.
"After attempting to play through an ankle injury recently in New Zealand and China, my doctors have recommended I limit my upcoming play to allow the injury to recover," the American said.
As well as new addition Donald, the 12-man field for the Sun City Challenge includes TaylorMade''s Sergio Garcia, Titleist golfer Robert Karlsson and Nike player Trevor Immelman.
