So, I am not going in to all the rubbish about this club adding 5000 yards to my drive etc. I own a set of Calloway X14's and a Bertha Driver and fairway woods and I love them. But sometimes you fancy a change and I dont want to carry all my clubs. So I purchased a Taylor made rescue club and loved it, so I thought.............lets try a Driver. Read the reviews and invested a few pounds on this site. Well, yep it definately does the job. So far it is hitting it just as far as the BB and appears to be a little more forgiving - I have only hit it once completely out of the middle and yet am averaging over 225yds and have hit 2 drives about 280. The club is easy to line up, feels nice and light and the biggish head gives loads of confidence. I prefer the stiff shaft on graphite because I draw the ball and this tends to turn into a bit of a hook with standard shafts. I definately recommend this club - its every bit as good as my Calloways - and I never thought I would say that of any club!

Very pleased with the club. Prompt delivery, in good condition and presently travels long and straightish. No doubt in a few weeks it will get used to me and travel in every direction !

I must say that i'm very impressed with both the service from golfbidder and the club that i've purchased. The club was in excellent condition (i would have given it better than the 7 out of ten it received) and on initial impressions it is very easy to hit both off a tee and the deck, even average hits travelling straight and true - i look forwad to many successful rounds with it!

Knocking it at least 20 yards further consistantly - I'm now viewing par 5s in a different way. Fantastic service from golfbidder as well.

I purchased my 540XD Regular flex from Golfbidder after trying a number of different demo clubs at the range. I have used Taylor Made Metal Woods for about 20 years. The XD driver is a fantastic club gives me an extra 25yds over my Firesole and nearly always on the fairway.Worth every penny. It looks good and is good.
