As a rule - cart bags tend to be much bigger and stronger than stand bags. They are designed to be pushed or pulled on a trolley/cart. With a bigger bag you obviously get more space. A bigger bag means you have bigger pockets to carry accessories, food, drinks and even room for your waterproofs.
