TaylorMade’s new R9 irons are designed to deliver modern performance and tremendous distance in a traditional package.
Aimed at the technician, and so are rendered in a player’s shape with a look clean and conventional from every angle.
Long-irons and middle-irons were designed separately from the short-irons in order to optimise performance in each category.
The result is that the 3-iron through 6-iron are extremely long and easy to hit, and the short-irons are engineered to promote great feel, control and accuracy.

just bought these irons and have to say they are graet value.If you are in two minds about using Golfbidder have no worries.Service is excellent..Clubs arrived and are in execllent condition and this with ratings of 7.Have gained at least a club in distance with these and also nice feel off clubface

After 2 years of frustration with my 'custom fitted irons' I purchased a second hand set of R9's following a recommendation from a friend. Used them for the first time two days later and what a difference. I played to 4 under my handicap. Also took the money at the club sweep stake and had a great game. Very friendly irons and easy to use.

It's early days but I'm very impressed. The R9 irons are very forgiving. Distance is very consistent, even for poor strikes. I think they look great at address. They were one of the few irons that I found that fit between a unwieldy looking cavity back and a scary blade. Great service from golfbidder too.
