Ping G2i My Day Putter. The G2I series combines the performance of perimeter weighting with the soft feel of a proprietary face insert material known as Polypurfelan. The urethane-based material produces a softer insert that creates a pleasing feel and sound on impact. Additional performance comes from the increased perimeter weighting and lower centre of gravity achieved through redistribution of the mass removed to create the insert cavity. The insert cavity and face are precision-milled for quality and consistency, creating a flat surface for accuracy on the greens. With the clean, square lines inherited from the G2 Putter Series, the G2i models have improved optics and exceptional feel.
