I had a set of Ping i10's bought for me at Christmas. They were custom fitted and from the day I first took them onto the course I struggled with them. I persevered for 6 months and as I have little hair left I was fed up of pulling it out every time I played. I tried the Titleist 704 CB's at a nearby golf course and from the moment I hit them they felt like I thought the Pings should have done from day one. I have played with them twice now and am really enjoying playing again as I am now hitting the ball like I feel I should be to get to single figures. Thank you Titleist for making what is the best set of irons I have ever hit. They are long, forgiving and good looking. A bit like me Ha Ha. Keep it on the short stuff

I was a bit sceptical when I first purchased these clubs but they have changed my game for the better. I feel more confident hitting the ball off the fairway with them. I now have the summer ahead to reduce my handicap.

ive played with these irons around 5 times now n they are excellent. i used 2 play with mizuno mx -15 which i had for 3 years. these irons i would onli recomand to people with hanicap below 15 max becasue they aren't the easied irons to use.

i bought a set of these at full price and would consider buying anonther set as spares at golfbidders prices. the clubs are great and give everything you could ever ask for from a set of irons. if your have a high handicap then you may struggle with some of the long irons but 6 to pw are easy to use and everything they have ever said about the pw is true. i have never used any other pw that preforms as well as this does. at the green side its like an extention of your arm and you feel as if you are picking the ball up and just rolling it softly to the hole. if you are looking for a proper set of forged irons at a great price then look no further.

When i first looked at these stunning looking irons, one thing came into my head, how the hell am i going to hit these? My lack of confidence showed as the first time i used them was in a junior open and i ended up handing in a card f a net 76, but as i have got used to the fact that i have to take two less clubs to hit the same distance as my previous irons i have started to hit greens from anywhere and everywhere, making more pars and birdies than ever before, and to top it all off, only the fifth time i have used them i have hole out from 225 yards with a three iron. (shame it was for a par and not and eagle.)

i just received theese irons on Monday, tried them in the afternoon and they feel fantastic, on the auction they were classed as fair, good and good, to me they look almost new and a great bargain, look like a blade at address nice trajectory and loads of spin on short irons, only thing missing from my set was PW, now looking for one. buy them

dave0601 H.Cap 13 (Posted 10.05.05 )

Tried these out at the range the other night. Looked great at address. Although a D2 swingweight they felt a little heavier than the other clubs I demoed but I prefer this. Did not feel as soft at impact as I hoped but this may be due to the fact that they only had a stiff shaft available. Average forgiveness and good distance.
