TaylorMade golf clubs are used by many of the world’s finest golfers – including Ryder Cup hero Sergio Garcia, England's Justin Rose and another Ryder Cup veteran Darren Clarke – see our In the Bag section to see who’s playing which club.
At Golfbidder we have one of the broadest ranges of TaylorMade golf clubs in Europe. We have TaylorMade golf clubs from the latest models to old favourites which may be a few years old but are still used on the professional tours and employ cutting-edge TaylorMade technology.
TaylorMade golf clubs are simply some of the best out there! TaylorMade drivers have been the number one model on the professional tours since 2005 - and it seems that their market share and popularity in this segment is only going to increase after the introduction of the Taylor Made R9 range (which won on its first outing on the PGA Tour and was immediately installed as the most popular model).
TaylorMade golf was born in 1979 by Gary Adams who was the inventor of the metal wood. The company has continued to maintain a constant presence as market leader in the driver and fairway product category. TaylorMade transformed the driver and fairway wood market with the r7 Quad when driver adjustability was first introduced.
TaylorMade was independently owned until German based Adidas Group brought the company in 1997. The focus of the company changed shortly after the takeover - it wanted to totally dominate the driver market. It has since achieved this, in 2005, when it officially became the number one driver on the PGA Tour. TaylorMade drivers are not only the most popular brand on the professional tour they also have the largest market share amongst club golfers. It is claimed that more PGA Tour Professionals play TaylorMade drivers than Callaway, Cleveland, Cobra, Nike and TaylorMade combined.
TaylorMade golf clubs are renowned for their innovative designs such as TaylorMade bubble shaft and moveable weight technology. Their large deep hitting area makes TaylorMade golf clubs exceptionally forgiving and easy to hit. TaylorMade golf clubs have classically shaped heads typical of the elegant design for all TaylorMade golf clubs.
