About Cobra Hybrids

Cobra Golf

Cobra golf clubs are used by many of the world’s finest golfers – including Ryder Cup hero, Open Championship Runner-Up and supposed Fashion connoisseur Ian Poulter, Former US Open Champion Geoff Ogilvy and Colombian pin-up Camilo Villegas. Have a look through In the Bag section to see which players are playing the new Cobra golf clubs and which players have chosen to stick with Cobra’s previous models - all available here on Golfbidder.

At Golfbidder we have one of the broadest ranges of Cobra golf clubs in Europe. We have Cobra golf clubs from the latest models to old favourites which may be a few years old but are still used on the professional tours and employ cutting-edge Cobra technology.

Cobra Golf was founded in 1973 by Thomas L. Crow and produced one of the first utility clubs, the Baffler, long before the use of such clubs were thrust into the limelight by brands such as TaylorMade and Callaway.

The company was acquired in 1996 by American Brands Inc. and has since been grouped together under the Acushnet Company umbrella along with the other Acushnet golf brands, Titleist and FootJoy. Cobra has revived itself in recent years after PGA Tour member Geoff Ogilvy won the US Open while using their equipment and now manufactures some of the best golf clubs on the market. Their drivers in particular have caught the eye of a number of tour professionals.
